Modo Milano Consultancy DMCC is registered in Dubai Multi-Commodities Centre, the world’s biggest Freezone, in accordance with the Commercial Companies Federal Law of the United Arab Emirates and all the provisions of law No (4) of 2001 and order dated 1st May 2002 in respect of establishing Dubai Multi-Commodities Centre and its amendments has been satisfied.
The Company operates under Trade license No. JLT-65045 issued on 6nd July 2008, Certificate of Registration No.  JLT 042 and Service License No JLT-65045 as a wholly owned Free Zone Company in the name of the following shareholders Dr Raffaella Carnevale (70%) and Mrs. Lucia Giuseppina Mazzeo (30%), both Italian Nationals.
The registered office of the Company is Unit No. 2904, Saba 1 Tower, Cluster E, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, U A E
The authorized, issued and paid up capital of the Company is 300 shares of AED1,000 per share.

The main activities of the Company are

Eighty percent of its clients are UAE-based companies and the others in the GCC, MENA region,  Nigeria, and other countries in Europe.

OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE / SERVICES 
  • We  provide comprehensive management and coordination of the corresponding architectural and interior works project vis-à-vis the contractors and suppliers.
    We see ourselves as an extension of the Owner, as such, we guarantee that the Owner’s interest takes precedence above everything else:  before, during and after project completion. Priority is placed on timely delivery of products and services that are of the highest quality as per European standard, nevertheless ensuring that everything is within budget.
  • Organise, oversee and represent the Owner at regular project meetings and provide advise that will help facilitate in the most economical, efficient and desirable manner the development of the construction procedures.
  • Ensure that all potential project-related issues are addressed to promptly and efficiently and that each member of the project team is aware of their respective roles in resolving them.
  • Prepare and review periodic updates for Owner’s approval.
  • Establish a process by which all changes can be priced, submitted, reviewed and added/ subtracted from  project cost.
  • Review and submit with recommendations all requests for payments under supplier/vendor agreements, if  all such payments shall be subject to client approval.
  • Will submit to the Owner any suggestions or changes that could, in our judgment, improve the design or reduce their costs/expenditures.
  • Oversee and monitor progress of the project construction with regular site visits to maintain the project schedule.
  • Monitor shop drawings review process.
  • Assure timely turnaround of shop drawings and submittals, by architects as well as vendors/suppliers.
  • Oversee resolution of any conflicts that may arise during the course of the project.
  • Oversee the analysis, selection delivery and installation of fixtures, furnishings and equipment.
  • Coordinate the design and construction professionals to prepare project closeout documentation including  as-built, bonds and warranties, etc
  • Ensure that the owner receives final costing and project information.
